The villa has its own driveway entrance and private garden. It can accommodate two people in a super-king bed which is situated in a bedroom-living area with an associated kitchenette and ensuite. SKYTV is available and internet access on request. The sundeck and BBQ area have superb views over the village and bay making the villa an ideal quiet place for a holiday, very close to Russell village and the foreshore.

Mid Season: 1st November – 14th December 2011 and 1st March to 30th April 2012- $200.00 per night
High Season: 15th December 2011 – 29th February 2012- $250.00 per night
Minimum stay: 2 nights
Exceptions:
22nd December 2011 to 8th January 2012: minimum stay 4 nights
Easter 5th - 9th April 2012: High season rate, minimum stay 3 nights
Public Holiday Weekends: high season rate, minimum stay 2 nights:
Queen’s Birthday weekend 3rd -6th June 2011
Rugby World Cup 1st Sept -31st Oct 2011: $350.00 per night, minimum stay 2 nights
