The house, with ample off-street parking for cars and boats can accommodate seven people in three well appointed bedrooms. Each has access to its own bathroom facilities.
The master bedroom is extremely large with it’s own private deck and ensuite with spa bath. The downstairs unit is semi-self contained with ensuite, small kitchenette, SKYTV and outdoor seating area with views over the township and bay. The mezzanine area has three single beds and access to the main bathroom on the living room floor.
A fully equipped kitchen as well as a large BBQ gives you the choice to eat in or to take the short stroll to enjoy eating at one of the many cafés or restaurants in the village. Don’t forget to try the local fish and chips – you won’t taste better! The open plan dining area and lounge which lead to an outdoor deck provide expansive views over the Bay so you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets as well as the passing of a myriad yachts, ferries and leisure craft.

Low Season: 1st May to 31st August 2011 - $270.00 per night
Mid Season: 1st November to 14th December 2011 and 1st March to 30th April 2012- $350.00 per night
High Season: 15th December 2011 to 29th February 2012 – $400.00 per night
Minimum stay: 2 nights
Exceptions
22nd December 2011 to 8th January 2012: minimum stay 4 nights
Easter 5th – 9th April 2012: High season rate, minimum stay 3 nights
Public Holiday Weekends: high season rate, minimum stay 2 nights:
