Changes to your Booking

Should you require to change your booking please advise us immediately so that we can attempt to accommodate your request. Any changes will be confirmed to you in writing. We anticipate that many guests will have travel insurance, however, please note our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

A 20% non-refundable deposit is paid on booking. A cancellation within 30 days of arrival will incur a 40% cancellation fee. For a cancellation within 14 days of arrival, no refund will be given. If, during your stay, you shorten the length of your booked holiday, there will be no refund.

Minimum Stay

The minimum stay is 2 nights except over Christmas/New Year and Easter periods when longer minimum stays apply.

Maximum number of guests

The property is set up for a maximum number of 7 guests in the house and 2 in the Villa.

Arrival and Departure times

Your accommodation will be available by 2.00pm and departure time is 10.00am unless prior arrangements are made which will be dependent on other bookings.  The property manager will arrange to meet you at Te Manaaki on your arrival unless other arrangements are made.

Linen

Linen and towels are provided. For longer stay guests, bed linen is changed once per week. Please use the beach towels provided for all outdoor and beach use.

Pets, Tents and Smoking

Neither tents nor pets are permitted at Te Manaaki. This is also a non smoking property. Smoking is restricted to designated areas outdoors.

Cleaning

Cleaning services can be provided at an additional cost by prior arrangement with Christine on booking.
