Rates

House:  $270.00 – $400.00 per night
Villa:     $150.00 – $250.00 per night

Prices depend on the time of the year, holiday weekends, etc.
House and villa can be booked separately or together.

Discounts

All returning guests receive a 10% discount all year round. Those staying for at least 4 nights receive a 10% discount (this does not apply to the period 22nd Dec 2011-31st Jan 2012).
