Rates

House:  $250.00 – $450.00 per night for up to 4 people. $30 per additional person per night.
Villa:     $150.00 – $250.00 per night

Prices depend on the time of the year, holiday weekends, number of guests.
House and villa can be booked separately or together.

Discounts

All returning guests receive a 10% discount all year round. Those staying for at least 4 nights receive a 10% discount (this does not apply to the period 20th Dec 2013-31st Jan 2014).
